Eat more meals each day, 4-5. It wouldn't hurt to eat more either, you're pretty thin. It sounds like you want to lose weight, as you don't eat snacks, and only 2-3 times a day. DON'T! You may seriously harm your body, especially at the age you're now. Everyone deserves to enjoy the taste of a chocolate or five, or some other things they like during a week. Eating healthy doesn't mean you have to forbid everything that tastes good, or have much sugar. Eating healthy means you eat in a way that makes you get all the right nutritions you need, and stabilize a weight on a healthy level. An a healthy level for your height and age would be from your weight and up to 150 pounds. However you should not trust these BMI calculators blindly. If you're an athlete or have much muscles, or a wide bone structure, you can weigh more. There are also other things than weight that matters medically, which a BMI calculator doesn't measure.

The last part isn't worth noticing for you, as your weight is in the lower zone, not the upper zone. I suggest you start eating 4 meals a day, you don't have to eat snacks, but I guess you're like everybody else, you like the taste of good food, and allowing yourself to eat what you like once in a while, wont make a different, as long as you get the other nutritions you need. Don't waste more time of your life trying to reduce a weight that's already low. You should live your life the way to want, not care about your appearance so much that you might get sick. If you lose more weight, you might be in a risk zone, where there's more likely that you develop several diseases, due to a weakened immune system. This does not only occur when your weight is too low, it may also occur if your weight is normal and you haven't got the nutritions you need, which you most likely wont by only eating 2-3 times a day (3 times may work for someone, but then they have to eat 3 big meals, compared to 4-5 medium meals).

If your relationship to food is not normal, and you worry about gaining weight so much that you go hungry you should talk to someone. A nutritionist would be the best option, a doctor will also listen to you. It could also be good to talk to someone you trust in your family, and some people have good effects of psychological help. If you feel this has become a problem, or other people around you think it has, it is important that you seek help as soon as possible.

Here's a list of what may happen to your body if you get underweight (and losing more weight will make you so):

Physical

* Stunted growth
* Endocrine disorder, leading to cessation of periods in girls (amenorrhoea)
* Decreased libido; impotence in males
* Starvation symptoms, such as reduced metabolism, slow heart rate (bradycardia), hypotension, hypothermia and anemia
* Abnormalities of mineral and electrolyte levels in the body
* Thinning of the hair (makes your hair look weird and ugly)
* Growth of lanugo hair over the body
* Constantly feeling "cold"
* Zinc deficiency
* Reduction in white blood cell count
* Reduced immune system function (increases chance of getting several diseases, usually harmless diseases like flue may put your health at risk)
* Pallid complexion and sunken eyes
* Creaking joints and bones
* Collection of fluid in ankles during the day and around eyes during the night
* Tooth decay
* Constipation
* Dry skin
* Dry or chapped lips
* Poor circulation, resulting in common attacks of 'pins and needles' and purple extremities
* In cases of extreme weight loss, there can be nerve deterioration, leading to difficulty in moving the feet
* Headaches
* Brittle fingernails
* Bruising easily

Other causes are loss of menstruation, risk of becoming sterile, stomach pain, delayed/abnormal puberty and wounds will also heal slower, and easier get infected, due to a weak immune system. And extreme underweight may cause other serious health issues.

Good luck:)

wow... thats not good. You're about 20 pounds overweight. You should try going on a diet that includes:

Skittles
Cake
Fudge
Chocolate
Broccoli
Food
Pizza
Lots of Cola (drink only cola for the next 6 months)
Take laxatives with every meal, and go on a 10 mile jog while digesting the laxatives.

All of that SHOULD help, and if I'm wrong, shoot me.
