Healthy exercising for 13 year old??!


Question: Ok. I'm 13, 5ft 3in., and I weight about 100lbs. I'm quite thin with an hourglass figure. I take dance one night each week for about 3hrs. We stretch before we practice our routines but I want to be more "fit" before summer. I don't want to lose weight, I only want to tone my muscles. Mainly my stomache area. I have a flat stomach, but I want it to be more "muscley" looking. Crunches don't work, and my mom won't let me buy exercise equiptment.(Says I'm too young (i agree)) Also, my inner thighs could use a little work. I want them to be a bit more tighter and thinner than what they are. Do you know of any exercises or diets that could work for my age? I don't want to look perfect for others, I just want some self improvement. Please don't say I'm already thin and I don't need this; I know I'm thin, I'm not trying to lose weight, only tone up. And by diet, I don't mean scarcely eating. I mean healthier eating rather than pizza Hot Pocets for lunch like i do now : ) Thanks soo much!!

color links...try the pink color links n u can easily lose weight
at home without exercising

get one of those yoga balls,
and research online. they work alot better than regular crunches.
go running or do jumping jacks and such every morning and night.
or take on more dance classes or a new sport.
