When doing ballroom dancing (& latin) properly you will be exercising your whole body. In addition to losing weight, toning your figure and improving your posture you will be learning a social skill from which you will gain huge enjoyment over years to come. You will find that the hours you spend dancing to all kinds of music will pass very quickly and you will make loads of new friends. You will feel fitter, healthier, and have somewhere to go wearing all the new clothes (smaller size) you will look great in. Enjoy!
