You're 14 and very likely on the edge of a growth spurt. You'll grow a bit and lean down in no time. Keep pumping in the veggies and moderate protein to keep your muscles well energized and healthy.

Keep active, but try not to over do it as shin splints are terribly painful and can lead to stress fractures. Start with walking, biking, swimming (lower impact fun stuff) and build up to jogging. Its easier to commit to if you've joined a team or have a partner/s to play with as well. Always end with a stretch to keep your muscles lean, flexible, and able to support your future endeavours.

If you have difficulty finding a buddy to work out with, go in the morning and make it your quiet time. This can be great for centering yourself for the rest of the day.

Most importantly, it should be fun! Set goals/rewards for yourself. Talk with a friend. Listen to your favourite song list! Smile at people you pass- they may benefit from your happy face! :)

im trynna do the same lol. not 10 but a couple of pounds.
anyways, you should try doing some exercise. and cutting back on junk [yeah it does include chocolate :(, i know its hard. ] try to eat less of what u eat everyday, but not a drstic change tho.maybe if you have a bike u can ride it. try situps and pushups. or maybe you can even try to run.

oh if u wanna lost wieght n healthy please get up in the morning and run 30 or 40 minute a day and don't eat sweet.

well you are young so your metabolism should be working pretty fast. Eat healthy foods such as fruit and veggies. Walk/ jog, play outdoor sports.
