absolutely not! first off, your just 100 lbs. and thats actually normal for your age and height and second off, you shouldnt take a diet pill unless prescribed by a doctor without the doctors consult, you can get really ill and possibly death

No. Just exercise.

Why? First off, you're not fat at all, so you have no need to. And what should be the most important is the healthiness of what you eat. Spend the money that you would have flushed down the toilet on diet pills and use it on something that will help you more (either learning more about healthy eating, or just buying healthier food since the cheap food is usually horrible for you)

why would you need to? you sound real slim...just eat right and exercise

Forget it your skinny and you might be quite weak(no offence). Can you lift your weight in a squat (100lbs)?

That would be a great goal for you and will improve your appearance if that is what you are after.
