Push ups will tighten your chest muscles. Start with five to ten a day and add on as you begin to feel more strength in your upper body.

Check with someone on the proper way to do a push up. Sloppy unchecked push ups just won't do the job. They should be smooth and slow and the stomach and back should be straight, not with a bow in the back or the belly hanging.

Now drop and give me ten.

Go to the gym and start working out more daily.

Its best to get in shape after you have lost tons of weight to keep it off.

Eventually you'll get the weight off.

You're only 13 years old, there is no reason to stress, having man-boobs at your age is a normal part of development during puberty, you shouldn't be too concerned trust me... it'll all come together eventually.

If you're still concerned then the best excercise for that area is cardio-aerobic such as running and bike riding.

Lifting weights is another good way to tone up, you'll want to focus on the incline bench press which works great for the upper chest area, working on the lower chest, shoulders and upper back will stretch and tighten the skin on the upper torso too.

I wouldn't recommend harsh exercise at your age though...so running would be the best trick!! i hope this helps!
