My husband used to do it only two or three times a month (only while working construction when he was bored) now he does it once or twice a day. It is really gross and he's addicted. Quit while you still can.
Honestly, I don't know. But DON'T DO IT! It's disgusting, my boyfriend does it, and its the worst, grossest habit ever.
