Yes!! but then again it matters how tall you are! Your should be careful because things happen.............my friend is 13 and was just diagnosed as anorexic! I am 14.........and just be careful because becoming anorexic doesn't need to be something mental............

well it depends my brother is around the same weight, if you eating healthy and you feel great then your just fine.

Your musclature, will fill itself, without marked weight gain. Your age will take care of weight control, with this routine, and the fact you are under weight now. You have no weight control issue to worry with, all you need is stability, and this system will provide it.
