Answers: i lift alot of weights and excercise alot, i pretty much eat a dinner in the morning and i will still be hungry 1 hour later.

Your not eating enough protein, lifting weights requires you to eat more protein to build muscle. Eat protein within one hour of lifting weights. You should also eat protein with every meal along with fresh fruits and vegetables. For protein I mean dense protein like chicken, fish, beef, turkey, eggs, nuts, beans.............eat at least 2200 to 2500 calories a day.........

You're probably not eating enough. Your exercising is probably creating a dent in your caloric intake and making you feel starving. Definitely eat a bigger post-workout snack or add about 400-600 calories to your daily intake and see what that does for you.

um, i dont know what your question is exactly lol, but if you are like, drooling with hunger, than its probably from working out, especiallly if you are in your teens or very early 20s. if your hungry eat, just be sure to eatlike, fairly well lol just dont eat crap hah good luck!! <3

When hungry...eat. Drooling.....use a napkin, tissue, or handkerchief to wipe your chin often.

You might be lacking fibers and nutrients. When exercising lots, it is important that you eat well balanced meals. You should be eating at least 3 well rounded meals, and 2 snacks a day. You should eat every 2-3 hours. I don't know what your current meals look like, but try to increase your fiber intake. Fiber will help you stay fuller longer. If you find you're hungry between meals, you might actually be thirsty...especially with lots of exercise, you have to be sure to drink at least 80 ounces of water a day. Before reaching for something to eat, drink a glass of water, that should curb your hunger for a bit.
