HELP How Many Carbohydrates A Day?!


Question: Ive heard anything from 100-300 i need a straight answer.

I'm 15, male, 130, 5'6 and looking to put on muscle. How many carbs (mostly complex) should I eat a day.

You need high doses of calories, protein and fat in order to gain muscle mass. If your a runner / track guy then eat literally as many as you can, as you won't gain any substantial fat if you run at least fifteen miles a week. Eat over 3000 calories of "good" food a day and you will put on muscle. Also drink 14 glasses of water a day and go to bed before ten o' clock. The bed time is the most important as you will gain very little muscle mass if you don't receive at least nine hours of sleep and the hours of sleep before midnight count for 1 1/2 hours as they represent quality sleep.
