Stick to your healthy eating, and continue with abdominal excercises. Don't just do crunches, involve pilates and other variations into your work out. You should see a difference within 2 weeks.

You don't "need" to lose more but you can if you want. Most people do have stomachs and it doesnt go away until their body fat percentage is fairly low.

Yea you could. Don't go tooo light though. It's unhealthy. You probably already know this but running burns the fat around your stomach.

You can't target a specific area of fat on your body. It's sad but true.

However, there are certain exercises that can make it so that you're burning fat day in and day out (typically around 24-40 hour after your workout). I'm doing the men's version of it and my wife is doing the womens. I've lost 15lbs and gained a lot of muscle after 5 weeks. My wife had only done the exercises a few times and we're already seeing a difference on her.

Try tabata or hiit.

Tabata is doing the same exercise as fast and as hard as you can for 20 seconds, followed by resting for 10 seconds. Repeat for 8 rounds. This is great for building muscle in a specific are as well as blasting fat.

hiit (High Intensity Interval Training) is a similar process that turns and aerobic workout into an anarobic one. Warmup for five minutes. Then run as fast and as hard as you can for one minute. Rest for two minutes. Repeat the last two steps twice more, then do a cool down. It sounds easy, but it will take a lot out of you. Feel free to try this on a treadmill or an eliptical machine for less impact on your knees.

YOU CANNOT TARGET BODY FAT ON A SPECIFIC PART OF YOUR BODY. YOUR BODY DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY.

A lot of how you burn fat has to do with whether you are an endomorph, mesomorph, or an ectomorph. You can't cheat your physiology.

Doing the same thing you were doing won't necessarily help. Your body is an incredible machine and will get more and more efficient at a task the more it does it. Essentially, the more you do a crunch, the less effective it will be unless you mix up your routine. If you would like to know what I'm talking about, look up the phrase "Muscle Confusion".

The last couple pounds can get the hardest. It's also hard to keep the motivation and determination to lose the rest of the weight. Just keep doing what you were doing to lose the first 15 pounds. And just for future reference, there's no point in telling us your height and weight because people are going to pitch in and say "no, you don't need to lose weight" or the other way around or WHATEVER. the whole bmi thing isn't completely correct. some people are actually atleast 20 pounds overweight, yet the whole bmi calculator says you're just fine. it doesn't work.
see, the fact is, by just telling us your height/weight, we can't really tell you whether you need to lose weight. we'd also need to actually SEE you and see your body. and everyone's body is different.
but anyways... just keep doing what you're doing and you should lose it. work even harder to lose the weight. exercise even more or something. good luck and good job on losing the weight so far. :)
