How do I get lean legs?!


Question: I already have a good diet, but i've hit a plateau and can't go any lower in weight! I want my legs to be toned and no jiggle for spring shorts season :)

run on an eliptical trainer or a stair stepper, they are both good for the leg muscles

I know it sounds crazy, but after the 80 mark you can really feel the muscles in your legs aching

you cant choose where you want to lose weight on your body. It is the myth of spot reduction. Just keep dieting and exercising, the weight will come off.

Oh lowering total body weight is not correct it is lowering body fat your after. You will need to lower body fat percentage.

Skin fold callipers for determining you BF%.

Ride your bike instead of drive to work and to run errands. This is great exercise for your legs, since your legs are what move the bike. Bike riding both forces you to exercise and saves gas money.

Take colostrum capsules and exercise with less weights and more repetition.
