Theres so many diets out there, which one is the best?!


Question: MINE Is best! ("4-2-1")!

Four=four mealsdaily( 500 calories of anything which will not kill you) (every six hours).

Two= every other day, (daily grind), exercise routine", rigorously work at your daily gring on one day and the second day, simply get through the day with as much simple enjoyment as you find in this day. do this routie religiously., no matter which day, nor which routine. If your rigorous day falls on sunday and the routine is church, apply yourself to the entire daily gring rigorously. if the day is sunday and the day is the slow day then simply get through the day, and enjoy it as much as you actually can .

One="do one thing at a time", (you only have one body so include this idea in all your plans, ideas, thoughts and actions.

All exercise other than normal daily gring, (this will come only later when you are to jazzed to sleep, due to successful energy control. You will need an aerobic routine which will allow you to burn enough to allow you to sleep. These should be based in the "core movements" concept for they imitate the normal daily gring movements in your life, but they are not so strenous at to become unenjoyable. These are also great for morning stretch routines, to get your heart rate up, and your adrenaline flowing, as well as allowing your muscles to strectch before working.

Get to know yourself, become your own mental/ physical therapist, your own nutritionist, your own doctor, (so you can keep a constant diagnosos of your condition(ing), and help your doctor treat you accurately. Learn a foreign language, for this is the mental parallel which is based in the same principle, 'KNOW THYSELF". iF YOU LEARN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE, AND STYDY YOURSELF, YOU WILL DEFINITELY BECOME, A MIND/BODY CONTROL FREAK.

You will become a walking mass of self controlled mental/physical health.

I am 57 years old. I am extremely healthy for my age, anfd previously slothful conditioning. It took one year to master a perfect self control over my ("4-2-1")!

I began at 228 pounds, my ideal is 175, my goal is 185, and i am now down to 200, and have mastered , a ten pound total weight loss per health cycle, and i can do one health cycle per month. This is weight loss, muscle gain, and a complete balancing of my ("4-2-1"). I will be to my goal,within two health cycles. This should take about two months. However time is not very important in this (DIET/EXERCISE/WORK) PLAN. So be certain you carry around a time piece to tekl yiou what the actual time is.

Of course, by the time, "time" loses meaning, you will have an adept body clock, to the tune of ("4-2-1"), but this will not serve your conscious sense of time, so you will need a timepiece for accurate conscious confirmation of what you already know. by sheer instinct, with a knowledge system intact.

All diets are horrible in truth and an health expert will tell you that, the real key to success is just changing your eating habits and exercising. Just eat healthier and exercise. You dont need to eat less food or not any carbs. Just watch what you eat, and how large your portions are at each meal.

Any practical, well balanced diet that suits your lifestyle. Steer clear from fad diets as they can be harmful and counterproductive

Any diet works, there's no "best" diet.

You just have to stick with the diet that suits you best and try your heart out and don't give up, before you reach your goals.

The one that you can stick to. There are alot of diets because there are alot of different personalities out there. The basic idea of them all is the same, take in less calories and burn more calories with excercise.

none of them are the best. i mean most of them are scams. you can get a personal trainer or if you cant get one, look online for fitness workouts. its funny how people fall into those weight commercials. sorry if that didn't help much but best to luck on your side

I would say none of the fad diets are a good choice. Stick with a balanced diet, cut out unnecessary fats and sweets, drink only soda and pure vegetable and fruit juices, and exercise often. There is no shortcut to a healthy lifestyle, whatever the fads and Internet ads want you to think. You just have to incorporate little changes that will make a difference over time.

I don't think any diets work. What works are permanent changes in your eating habits and lifestyle.

There are no best diets per se, but what is more important is what the diet can do for you and whether you are comfortable with the diet ..
A diet is only as good as if you are going to follow it .. The changes the diet introduce to you will surely change the way you eat but it shouldn't be so drastic that you can't follow it ...

Choose a diet that you are comfortable with and can plan around so that it can maximize its effect for you.

Diets aside, you should be already taking in lots of fruits and vegetables because these foods contain high fibre and makes you feel full faster ! Also, choose food that are high in protein because it stimulates your body to increase its metabolism rate and causes you to burn fat faster !

However, the most important point of any diet is you need to follow it to see any results. Don't jump from one diet program to another because you will be always be starting from scratch! Motivation and determination will be what causes you to gain from any diet programs and ultimately, weight loss.
