it is over the counter and available at most drug stores and ive seen it at wal mart as well... there is a book that goes along with the program and i would definitely recommend reading it before starting but DEF read the instructions and side effects... if the instructions arent followed VERY carefully the side effects can be quite horrendous
Yes. It is over the counter and you can even get it at Wal Mart.
But I'd suggest you REALLY read up on it.
You'd have to carry an extra pair of pants EVERYWHERE you go, and you COULD NOT wear white or tan pants. Why? Because if you eat too much fat on Alli, you will poop in your pants. True fact.
If it is right for you, and there is no other way you can lose weight, go for it, I guess.
My suggestion, try the healthy way first.

yeah its over the counter, its at walgreens walmart and a lot of other places you can just pick it up
at cvs its not, its just sitting on the shelf in the drug section
