For Those Who Are Overweight, How Do You Feel On Vacation?!

Question: For people who are overweight, how do you feel when you go on vacation, when you're expected to wear shorts and bathing suits? Are you confident? Or are you like me and panicking at the thought of it?
Does anyone have any advice for me?
I haven't worn a bathing suit since 4th grade. I see some overweight people and they just have confidence, and I just want that confidence but I don't know how to get it....

You're on vacation girl! you're there to enjoy YOURSELF, aren't you? not to please the people around you. I haven't been on vacation in a long time, but I'm pretty sure that's how it works :) big is beautiful darling.

i have no idea but maybe just feel cofident dont think bout what other people think just focus on having fun

Actually I would think the contrary. On vacation nobody knows you, so wear whatever you want as people won't know you.

you are what you are, don't worry what anyone else thinks, just enjoy yourself

I'm not OVER weight, but I'm not a stick either....I think it is about finding something you feel confident in....I am happy with shorts and a T over my baithing suit....People will judge you no matter what you look like...you just got to accept that and be happy with yourself in what you are wearing.....if you like what you wear the confidence is already there....

You're uncomfortable because you're afraid of what other people are going to think of you. To overcome that, you sincerely have to NOT CARE what anyone thinks. Love who YOU are. No one has the right to judge your weight because those who do are shallow and just as or even more self conscience than you. The key is to just be comfortable with wearing something that enhances your positive attributes (find a color that goes good with your skin tone or compliments your eyes), as well as helps minimize your problem areas...
Don't stress over something so trivial. And if you come across haters, simply say, "hey, if you don't like it, don't look at me...I'm not here for your judgement."

Don't focus on imperfections. Nobody has a perfect bod. When you're on the beach, think about how great it feels to have the sun on your skin and how much fun you're having swimming and playing with your friends or family. It works wonders at drowning out that negative voice inside you. People will think, wow, she looks great with that confident smile.

Well, part of it is that you wear a one piece. This covers more skin and you wont feel so exposed and thusly more confident. Another help for you would be a few tanning sessions. This will give the appearance that you're used to being out in the sun. The big thing for you is not the weight issue so much as the fact that you've not been out wearing a bathing suit for quite a long time and are simply being a bit shy. Now get out there and have some fun.

Who cares what other people say Im fat and have a frikin hary back did I tell u that I am only 12 . Who cares what other people say if thay look at u just ignore them.

bro, lose some weight
