Lunch- ham sandwich with an apple

Dinner- 1 chicken leg, salad, some king of vegetable

You also need whole grains.....so, in the morning a slice of whole grain toast, or oatmeal with low fat milk......As far as the lunch, you can make your sandwich on whole grain bread and use turkey instead of ham and load it up with veggies.......Dinner sounds good, but the chicken breast is better for you than the leg and thigh.
