Why do I look so Frail!??!


Question: I look like I am really skinny and vains are popping out of my arms. and a really skinny neck. also my wrists are skinny, Am I lacking any vitamins of some type? Thanks for all your answers!!

Frail or skinny? These are different things. If you are frail go see a physician make sure you are not SICK! There are things you can do though:

1) Eat better! Better nutrition, this means lean white meats with high quality protein (stick with chicken breasts and fish, Tofu), drink soy milk (highly nutritious), absolutely no sugar drinks, no smoking, plenty of fruits, and even more water each day and hour.

2) High quality vitamins, I don't mean the Centrum Gold from Walmart! Go to a store like Whole Foods get some all natual organic vegan vitamins, take recommended dose every day never ever skip.

3) Exercise daily, I don't mean just walking around your street block either. You need to balance a cardio workout that raises your heartbeat to your age (google it), and a minimum twice a week light intensity weight lifting based workout.

4) Rest well, 6-8 hours of high quality sleep each night. Relax pratice yoga and meditation. Yoga will strengthen your balance and make you stronger!

5) Skin care! Use sun block, use high quality lotion for your face, arms, legs etc.

6) Save money and go shop at a better fashion store. Try Banana Republic, Zara, Nordstrom etc. Wear proper fit clothes, go with slight younger look with brighter colors and take some risks in making fashion statements a bit.

7) Go out with people who are uglier then you. :)

All these things should help!

Some people are genetically thin, but that doesn't mean you can't do something to bulk up a bit. Protein builds muscle and so so weight bearing exercise. Eat more proteins from lean chicken, turkey, red meat, dairy and eggs. You can make your own bulk drinks at home and have 3 times a day. Use full fat milk, banana's eggs and honey to sweeten if you like. Have these in addition to your usual meals. You should ideally be taking in more calories. Including some weight bearing exercise can build muscle.

u cud lift weights
and more fruits, vegies, and carbs
also depends on ur age
i am 12...fast metabolism i hav
i gess ur 10-20 years of age
