How should i gain HEALTHY weight?!


Question: i'm 16 yrs old, about 110 pounds, and like around 5'7+. i know i'm underweight so please help me with good weight gain advice!!!

Simple answer. Cut down on sugar, if possible eliminate it. Cut down on flour, rice and corn etc as much as you can--that is grains btw. Up your intake of meat and veggies(non sugared fresh or frozen).

Oh and excercise with weights at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week alternating bodyparts.

Perhaps plenty of nuts might help as they contain about 600 calories per 100 gm.

eat 8 meals a day at a total of 3,500 calories and start weight training. Easy enough. Trust me it works. I am a bodybuilder and I wouldn't do that to my underweight cousin if it didn't work. He has been totally blown away by his own results.
