How many pounds can I lose eating 800 calories for 2 weeks? oh! and burning abou!

Question: How many pounds can I lose this in 2 weeks?
The food i am eating contains no fat and no sugar.. Just fruits, veggies, yogurt, whole grains, and green tea/flaxseed oil/vitamines.
I burn about 1200 calories a day.. I know this is the exact amount because the eliptical tells me =) (I am on there for about 2.5hrs & walk to the gym & weight lift)
I eat A LOT.. 5 small meals a day.
I only drink 10 cups of water
i weigh 122lbs.. and am 5'3"
I highly doubt I will gain back the weight lol.. I am making this a life style change and will slowly go back up to 1500 calories a day..
Thanks 4 ur help ppl! =D

If you're only going by the elliptical, then you're forgetting the fact that you burn calories throughout the day. You could lay in bed all day and still be burning over a 1000 calories.

I did an experiment not long ago where I ate only 200-250 calories a day and that was lean protein. I jogged about 3 miles a day. I ended up losing 20 pounds in one week, but like I said, it was an experiment; not a permanent solution to weight loss. The side effects (chest pain, headaches, light headedness) weren't very pleasant either.

If you really want to do this, then I say go for it. You're not going to kill yourself like a previous response said, but you will be putting a lot of strain on your body so you might want to add a good source of lean protein to your daily diet. I ate tilapia fillets and light tuna. Without that protein you're more likely to lose muscle mass before that fat comes off.

With that said, 3500 calories equals 1 pound of body fat. A good estimate is that you will be burning about 2000 calories a day with an intake of 800, so 1200 as the difference. So estimate about 5 pounds body fat, but most likely you will lose much more 'weight' than that, whether it be water or muscle.

you're killing yourself.
you are at a PERFECT weight.
nothing udner 1500 is healthy.

since you eat nothing at all,
don't bother to work out more than once a week for 20 minutes
considering you may just pass out or break a hip from having no muscle mass from being anorexic.
why do you not care at all that you're killing yourself?

well if you're only taking in 800 cals and burning off 1200, that means your intake is
-400.
-400 x 14 = - 5600.
3500 cals is a pound. So you'll probably only burn around 3 pounds?

Omg,you're gonna kill yourself.
You're eating 800 calories and burning 1200?You're supposed to burn what you eat,not more than that.

122lbs is great for being 5'3"

If you allow yourself to eat less than 1200 cals a day your body will go into starvation mode and start hanging onto every single calorie you give it (in the form of fat). It will use your muscle to feed itself.

If you're burning 1200 cals on the eliptical or between that and other exercises that does NOT mean you're burning 1200 cals a day. Your body uses calories to breath, blink, sleep...everything you do requires calories.

You'll have better results by eating 1500-1800 cals a day, I would stick to the higher end of that because you do so much for exercise and your body needs more calories.

Believe me, if you stick to the road you're on you are screwing yourself in the long run.

u will lose, near about 43 pounds,
but its make u unhealthy,
chance of weakness.
