How often should i train my abs and what training should i do?!


Question: you can train your abs a lot more than other muscles, about 4-5 days a week is good. when you work them out try 4 different exercised back to back. i do bicycle crunches, crunches on ball, then ab machine, then the last one varies, but also switch up your ab workout every couple days dont do the same thing every time.

You can work your abs every day if you want.
Mix it up a bit
Dont do just crunches, dont forget your obliques and your lower abs!
