How much weight can I lose in 2 weeks if I change my eating and burn 500-1000 ca!

Question: I'm 5'4" and weigh 150 lbs. I want to try and lose 8-10 lbs in two weeks, I'm eating a good breakfast and snacking on fruits and a granola bar here and there throughout the day and have a normal dinner and drink a lot of water throughout the day as well. I just want to know if there is anything more that I could do or if what I'm doing is right or wrong? and if it is possible to lose those pounds in 2 weeks. What can I do to improve?

It is possible to lose that amount of weight in two weeks, however, it's not healthy and not permanent weight loss. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, try going for 1-2 pounds a week. As long as you're incorporating exercise into that diet you're good, just make sure you're either running, or doing some kind of cardio, it'll help a lot!
Like the above answerer said, try to maintain a calorie intake of 1200. Any lower than that and your body will go into starvation mode, and it will just hang on to all the calories you eat. No good!
Anyway, good luck! :)

Well I would aim for 1200 calories a day. Eating too little will slow your metabolism and make it harder to lose weight. Eat 5 small meals a day. Do cardio 30 mins a day.

I think you should add a more substantial meal, like yogurt and nuts or a turkey sandwich, during the middle of the day. It's important that you eat enough that your body doesn't hold onto fat because it thinks you're not getting enough.

Also, try walking at least 30 minutes a day, and be active as much as possible. The extra activity more than the diet will help you lose the weight faster.

you will NOT loose that much in two weeks.

and in a good workout, you'll burn 500 calories. and daily you already burn 2000+ calories at rest. (depending on age, body type etc.)
