Best way to? (exercise)?!


Question: I want to tone my stomach..but not like all gross and muscular. Just in shape looking.
I'm 14..110lbs, so i dont need to lose weight i just want to look better.

What are the best exercises to help with this?

heres what i do- go 2 the YMCA (when your stuck in Nashville for spring bread) do the machines, walking thingy (100 calories) and then walk/run/jog a mile, then walk and eat subway.......... then ice cream from the old ice cream man.

Jogging is a great way to lose wieght, for stomach tone go with crunches

well I would run/jog and swim to lose fat in that area then after you have lost a few pounds and some fat off your stomach then start doing crunches & side crunches every morning before you eat to burn stored calories. if you start doing crunches before you start to run and stuff you will look even worse in the stomach area because it builds muscle under the fat.

Take abdominal exercises.

In the morning, before you eat breakfast is best time to work out. Keep blood in the body and out of the intestine And then eat a good clean protein and plenty of liquid. there is a chemical in your brain that is triggered in the morning
helping you gain muscle.

for getting rid of fat i suggest running, skipping and swimming. exspecially swimming because it is a great toner and it works out every muscle group. swimming is my toner and fat looser of choice.

for toning your body or just beefing up and getting fit it depends on how fast your body heals and how often you work out. it also depends on how powerful youre workout is and what you eat. eat a balanced diet ALWAYS.

ok...... try the videos that show you work outs.....those aren't regularly to loose weigh....they just help you stay in shape so that would help you.....try some workouts like running,jogging,push-ups,SIT-UPS!

search online for ab workout variations or sit up variations. there are about 5 variations that u can do without getting extra equipments.

watch that it have some variations to start out with. it's less boring compared to normal sit ups. to the people that says "dont over do yourself", yes over do yourself, please! it's harder to over do yourself than giving up. so just go for the harder cauz u can give up anytime, am i right?

Run a mile every single day. Crunches and push ups. If you want to do more go the gym and do weights and other exercise equiptment.

martial arts are good and it motivates the person because your not alone training it helps you body gives you disiplin and you become a better person also you learn to defend yourself, all you have to do its repeat the class at your house and you will get the figure you want :)
