Swimming and using an elliptical machine will on average burn the most calories. You incorporate more muscles to accomplish the needed movement for these exercises. The best thing to do is constantly switch your cardio exercises up though. Run on day, bike the next, swim one day, use an elliptical machine the next. By doing this you are not allowing your body to grow accustomed to an exercises. You will burn more calories and get better results by switching it up and surprising your body. Good luck!

Swimming, definately! Burns like.700calories an hour compared to 490 running and 560 for biking.
