Creatine is by far the best supplement out there and is one of the few that's proven to work. But you also need a nutrition protein packed high calorie diet to gain some serious muscle.
pills don't increase muscle mass, a high calorie diet does...
bro i wouldn't go with pills. i would get like a mass shake. musclemilk
or maybe a creatine product if you are not worried about long term affect.
