This needs to happen by June...?!
Question: I've been working out -- 45 minutes of cardio(daily) and a 15 minute ab workout(2-3 x a week). I've been seeing results. I'm currently 132lbs and 5''5. I want to lose another 5 lbs and tone up A LOT more before June 6th. I eat healthy and drink plenty of skim milk and water. I'm wondering if I will see full results by June 6th?

You will lose the 5 pounds for sure. Maybe more by June.
If you want to tone up, start strenght/weight training and done more running.
5lbs is a lot for someone at 132lbs to lose. It is possible, but try not to kill yourself doing it! The lower the weight you are, the harder it is to lose a pound.
