What healthy eating plan that helps the weight drop off of you?!

Question: Eat regulary smaller meals. Always start the day with healthy breakfast.
Don't let yourself get hungry. Keep ready made snacks of low fat items in the fridge. Low fat, fruity Yoghurts are nice if you have the urge for something sweet.
I make pasta salads up, which are very tasty and filling. Also I make pasta with tomato and basil sauce. If I get hungry, I mix in some corned beef and heat it in the microwave. Yummy!
Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. No sugar or little of the new low calorie sugar that you can buy.
I have stopped having spread in sandwiches or on toast and make sure I have a filling or topping that is moist, to compensate for the lack of butter.
Drink plenty of water and of course, try and get some sort of excercise, even walking will help.
Always watch the size of portions when have your meal as this can be deceiving too.
I hope this is helpful to you.

Eat less, exercise more....use more calories than you consume. It sounds dumb and/or simple but I'll tell you, it works.

Slimming World - never hungry.

The best thing to do is eat healthy low calorie foods. Like lean meats, whole grains, vegtables and fruits.

Most people don't know what a single portion is so it's always best to read the lables of product and see how many calories is in what they call a serving size.

Know what your caloric intake should be in a day when trying to lose weight.

Keep moving, because physical activity helps increase your metabolism. The best physical exercise is cario like running, walking, aerobic, etc.... Try to include light weights, because the more lean muscle a person has the higher amount of calories will be burned even when the body is in rest.

you schould focus on your waist not you weight and see how u feel also eat les and exersice more it works

I use the carb, protein, fruit and veg, dairy, fat diet. I eat carbs the most then the protein and so on. A good idea for diet is to take time off so you can eat small meals - about 6 or seven a day - try eating standing up - something that's light and you can support with your hands and that doesn't need a table. Hope this helps.

well I got menemngitis and dropped 5 stone in two weeks> Not really a healthy diet though lol. You need to be consuming more calories than you eat but maintain a healthy mix of foods. Weight watchers really did work for my ex
