Healthy Eating Regime?!

Question: Hey!

Im nearly 15, and weigh just over the 11 stone mark. I really want to begin eating healthy, as at the moment my diet is more or less whatever i can find in the cupboards (mostly junk>.<) and at any time in the day. I RARELY eat breakfast as i always feel ill, little lunch and tea rather late ( sometimes 8pm ). I know this is really bad for me, but i just cant seem to stop. and when i do manage to convert to something better for myself, i can only do it for 2 days, max.! I don't want people telling me that I shouldnt be dieting at my age, as its more of a case of eating better to feel better about myself - not to loose weight as people tell me im too skinny all the time! and i tell them i eat rubbish, and they never believe me, but i honestly do! whats the best way to start incorporating things into your diet and to keep you motivated? Any answers would be greatly appreciated, thanks for your time ^_^.x

talk to your parents about buying more fruit, veg, and healthier snacks.

just eat a little breakfast, an apple or banana, and gradually work up to having some cereal or fat-free yoghurt with fruit. your body should slowly get used to eating breakfast and you should stop feeling ill.

have some more fruit as a mid morning snack, and make sure you eat a filling lunch if you eat late.

talk to your parents about eating earlier too, and if they can't cook earlier because of work or something, maybe it's time you learnt to cook yourself!

the results and just being healthier, how much energy you'll have and how great you'll feel should be motivation enough! you don't have to stop eating junk food, just not so much of it.
