Will I Lose Weight Doing This?!


Question: According to a site I have to burn approximately 1,263 calories per day to reach my goal weight (115 lbs) by a certain time (June 20th).
I'm 18 years old, 5'4 and currently weigh 150 lbs. My BMR is 1,826.
Would I be able to achieve this if I do the following?:

For my meals I would eat:

Breakfast:
1 c. Tony's Turboz (It's a meal replacement cereal)
1 c. Soy Milk

Snack:
1 Small Orange

Lunch:
1 Whole Wheat Tortilla with Flaxseed
1 serving. Meatless Chicken
3 leafs. Romaine Lettuce
1 c. Soy Milk

Snack:
1 Celery stalk

Dinner:
1 Whole Wheat Burger Bun or Hot Dog Bun
1 Veggie Burger or Soy Hot Dog

Snack:
1 Celery Stalk

For exercise I would do a workout video every morning (Chyna Fitness), walk for an hour, and get on my bike as much as possible (bought an indoor trainer for it). I would also try to lift light weights (5 lbs) for about 30 minutes.
Any other help/advice is appreciated.

It really looks great to me, you seem very prepared and ready to go. Good luck with that! 5 lb weights are a little light though, try some heavier ones, even 7 or 10lbs

Well, you should deffinetaly do some more resistance training. Muscle can help metabolism, which will help you lose weight.

No, no, no!!! You cannot, and will not, lose 35 pounds in the next two months! if you lose weight too fast, you'll have a greater chance of gaining it ALL back. Your diet seems really strict, too, especially since you're barely starting out. What are you used to eating? Ween yourself off of the fast/junk food for a week, and start adding healthier foods to your diet (you MUST consume a MINIMUM of 1200 calories daily)....

Try doing 45 minutes of running/jogging 5-6 times a week; you'll get a better fat-burning workout.

That's some good work right there! Wi-five! I would add fruits bananas,apples,yogurt trough out the day.
