Exercise and Motivation?!


Question: What is your motivation to workout regularly?

I always start off each week, all hyped but then I loose the stamina by mid week ... any suggestions??

I always start off each week, all hyped but then I loose the stamina by mid week ... any suggestions??

Well when I first got into fitness, my dad n uncle threated to stab my left leg every day I didn't work out. I didn't work out n got stabbed, sure enough I haven't had a day of rest except sundays.. Lol j/k peer pressure is the best I would say. Umm also always giving your self compliments on your work out too.

Try having a goal to reach like, i want to maintain this much weight. Having a friend peer pressure you helps too and the best I've found so far is competition. Maybe try to make a bet with someone that the first to stop working out loses.

You need to find someone to accompany you to the gym. That was the only way i could force myself to go. Because you cant ditch a friend at the gym you have to meet them, thus forcing you to go.

the opposite sex

working out should be something that's enjoyable. I like to beat what I did during the previous workout and that drive for improvement motivates me.
