I have gained extra pounds over 2yrs. I have become a little obessed. how do i c!


Question: i want to slim down. my weight is 109kg. I am exaclty 6feet tall.

I close from work late. i eat round 9 to 10 pm. ( thats the time i get home from work.

How can i loose weight.

I dont have time to work out!

Everyone has time to workout. But there so many excuses. Find the time, make your health a priority. Arrange to play a sport a few times a week or walk every other day, or SOMETHING, anything is better than nothing. As for control, it is up to YOU, only can change urself. Dont be an extremist, keep things in moderation, dont obsess as there are other things to worry about.

Wake up 15 minutes earlier every day. Stretch for a few minutes then run the rest of the time around your neighborhood to get back home to shower and change.

eat low-carb. its a low exercise diet. view atkins web-site (but be carefull and read guidelines carefully)
i did it and worked.
Your not seriously overweight, so my best advise is to eat something like fish/steak/chicken and green veges for dinner (not potato or carrot). No carbs at night is how im successfully keeping my weight off for 1 year now! i dont have time for fitness either :)

I Go running at least for 20 min 4 times a week. Weigh your self once a week, and once you see that you are loosing weight (it will prolly be like 2 weeks) you we realize the juice is worth the squeeze lol. It is such a great feeling to be able to stand in front of the mirror and see results that you worked for, and if you work hard enough they will come. Once you've slimmed down, start lifting, build muscle. You will have so much more energy and love it.
