Specifically for fat loss it is better to not get the heart pumping super high but to stay at a normal level for long period of time.
Do the running. It'll really get your heart racing and that's what you want.
Probably the approximately 20-30 minutes of jogging and running, because the more vigorous workout allows your heart rate to get higher, which is how cardiovascular exercise helps you lose weight. Both are good though. It's great that you exercise well. =]
