How do i become slimmer quicker?!


Question: i have a curverture of spine anyways but like im really slef concious becasue i have a 'pot belly' my mam says it will drop of me when im 16 - 17 but im thinkin of stopping eating and only eatin like 2 pieces of fruit for the whole day and thats it!

does anyone have any good ways to become slimeer quicker for me?

Ok, do not stop eating cos that damages your body and you'll regret it so much when you're older and in pain from osteoporosis and kidney failure. Just try to stick to a healthy eating plan.
Eating lots of small meals throughout the day will mean you're less likley to get hungry and therfore more likely to stick to a diet. 40% of this should be carbohydrate to ensure you don't get low blood sugar levels which'll not only cause cravings but will also damage your arteries. (Atkins dieters take note)
Make sure you eat stuff you actually like. Don't make food choices just cos its what you feel you should eat. Just try to go for healthy stuf that you actually want to eat.
And don't make any food totally forbidden or you'll just want it more and end up giving in. If you want something, eat it, just less than you normally would.
Try to stick to around 1500 calories a day, mostly healthy stuff and all things that you'll actually enjoy and there's no reason why you shouldnt be able to stick to it.

Eating not enough calories or protein and your body will eat away at itself. Thus you will get fatter. Do lots of cardio to burn the fat. Weight training for long term fat loss. As for your spine go see a Chiropractor.

jumping jacks, they help in slimming (expecially the sides and lower belly, but also arms and legs) and in correcting the spine (they balance and streighten you)

run,walk,jog,ride a bike and eat good

ok so i used to be fat and what i did was eat healther no deepfried foods eat like veg, chicken ,1%milk and try to be more active take the stairs instead for the eleavotor or take the dog for a long walk but always rember when u are young we have baby fat every one does and if u eat right when you get to 16 17 it goes away on its own i promis good luck and never let any one ever tell you your fat because it means they r just jelliouse lol (ps. im a 20 year old girl not bob. lol)

2 pieces of fruit a day is not quite enough. try eating at least 5 times a day very small healthy snacks. like fruits and veggies make sure you put alittle lean protein in there somewhere.
