I want to become anorexic/bulemic?!

Question: I know that some people are going to call me stupid or something but I don't care.

Anyways, I'm always tempted to stop eating or throw up my food because I feel like I'm not skinny enough. I mean, when I look at all these models, they are all so pretty and guys are always saying how sexy/hot they look.
I know I'm not overweight but when I look at all those models I feel like crap.
I want to lose some weight quickly but I'm not sure how. What are some low calorie foods?
And this is going to sound stupid but, would stop eating for a while to lose a few pounds be unhealthy? Even if I started eating again after I lost the weight?
I really, really want to be skinnier. You don't even know how much I want to be skinny.

I'm 13 years old by the way.

It is a time-honored tradition to make resolutions at this time of year. If your resolution is to lose weight - and keep it off, then keep reading! Here are six simple tips that will have you losing weight in a balanced and healthy way.

1. Lose weight with water.
Water is essential for everybody - it is also the key to losing weight. If you haven't been drinking enough water, your body has developed a pattern of storing water. This water retention equals extra unwanted weight.

By drinking more water, you are not only flushing out toxins, you are also teaching your body that it no longer needs to store water. Drink at least 60 ounces of water (about 8 glasses) a day. Boil water and sliced lemons, and drink this throughout the day to help with fluid retention. If you are still not sold on the merits of water, try this on for size: water is a natural appetite suppressant.

2. Soup up your weight loss program.
A simple dietary change will have you shedding pounds: eat a bowl of soup at least once a day. Nutritious, low-salt soups will nourish you as they flush waste from your body. People who eat a serving of soup daily lose more weight than those who eat the same amount of calories but don't eat soup. Go for homemade soup whenever possible, as canned soups are loaded with salt and chemicals.

3. Eat early to keep weight off.
The human body follows a circadian rhythm, which means that the same foods eaten at breakfast and lunch are processed differently than when eaten at dinner. Studies show that when you eat your daily protein and fat at breakfast you tend to lose weight and have more energy; however, eating the same things at dinner tend to increase tendencies toward weight gain. I suggest that you eat your last meal of the day by 7 p.m.

4. Eat smaller meals, more frequently.
Follow an eating schedule with five little meals every day. Eating steadily through the day keeps you from becoming famished and overeating at your next meal. Make a low-fat trail mix from raw almonds, pumpkin seeds, dried plum, and apples and have it available at all times to avoid the tempting lure of high-calorie snacks.

5. Adopt a balanced approach to your diet.
Most of the fad diet programs out there nowadays are extreme in a few recommended foods, or else deprive the body of food altogether. This works in opposition to our metabolism and the results usually don't last, producing a yoyo effect that depresses your metabolic function - not to mention your self-esteem. We are natural beings that need a balance of nutrition from all sources.

Your diet should consist of a balance of organic sources of lean protein, complex carbohydrates, whole grains, legumes, nuts, fruits, and vegetables. Instead of white rice and pasta, opt for brown rice, bulgur, millet, or buckwheat.

Eat more green, chlorophyll-rich foods such as broccoli, kale, spinach, and asparagus. Eliminate candy, sugar, soda, and all simple sugars from your diet. Excess sugar ends up being stored as fat in your body, which results in weight gain. Also, keep dairy to a minimum because most dairy products are high in saturated fat. Avoid fatty foods, processed or fried foods.

6. Walk off the weight.
The No. 1 cause of weight gain is inactivity. Physical activity is the key to speeding up your metabolism and burning excess calories. The best way to be physically active is to use your legs! Walk as often and as long as you can. Always take the stairs instead of the elevator.

Step outside during your break at work and take a walk around your building. Consider joining a local hiking club. Try taking a walk 30 minutes in the morning or 30 minutes in the early evening.

if you dont eat you dont shitt if you don shhitt u die

dont be a dumb ******

I myself was once anorexic and bulemic! and i almost dyed from the condition. I know many young women who have dyed as a result of there descion, and its truly heart breaking. if you want to lose weight i will tell you how right below

1. exercise 3-5 days a week, dont over do it!
2. eat healthy foods, not dieting foods or low calorie foods!

3. eat in moderation to much of anything is not good!

if you choose to do the stravation diet deal you will be highly disappointed. because you will just gain all that weight back darling, i promise you. it will add on more fat! its not worth it, keep yourself healthy and do dieting the right way!

I think your problem is more mental than physical. Everyone is not made to be model material. But go on a diet and exercise. Please don't become anorexic or bulemic because those diseases affect alot more than your physical appaerance. They rot your teeth, make your hair fall out, destroy your organs... so much more. Don't let the people in the media fool you into thinking that's the way you should look.

uhm ok lol

dont stop eating, because it will slow down your metabolism, and you will lose less weight,

just drink alot of water and get active

and if your 13 you shouldnt even be thinking this, your just a kid,
just enjoy life, dont spend every second thinking that just because all the models are skinny you have to be

I think right now at this young age, you might feel very confused about your weight. At least, you are being honest about your feelings. But the thing is, all the models you have seen, most maintained their bodies with a very healthy diet and extreme exercising and very good genes. Once you have acquired a desirable body, you want to keep it for long. Therefore, be smart. Eat much healthier and exercise. Dont take shortcuts. I know you are young so you should be able to do this. Oh, and dont let the media control how you think. You control you self image, not based on the models on those magazines( which were probably perfected on the computers before it was published.). Good luck!

I'm sure your going to have 8 million people tell you this but i here it goes. BY NOT EATING YOU WILL ACTUALLY MOST LIKELY GAIN WEIGHT!!!! Your metabolism slows down and you actually burn less calories, and whatever calories you do eat turn right into fat. Also if you were to start eating again after starving yourself you would gain all that weight right back because your body isnt sure whens the next time it will get food. If you want to lose weight, eat 6 small healthy meals a day. Get exercise, join a sport, some of the hottest women in the world are athletes, its because they are not bony skinny but because they have a tone, athletic body.

no you don't.
guys like skinny hot chicks? big suprise. not all guys do. when you leave highschool you'll see that there are guys out there who do not just like skinny girls.
you are way too young to be wanting to destroy your body.
i'm going to be blunt: you starve yourself then your body stores fat. your metabolism slows down making it harder to lose weight. when you decide to eat again you gain all that weight back on.
models are skinny because they have to be so the clothes they model just hang off their bodies.
stop looking at how people look and be more focused on living a healthy life.

Your body needs food just like it needs oxygen. Does it sound healthy to stop breathing?

You don't need a diet hon, you need someone to talk to about your issues with wanting to become anorexic/bulimic. Doing what you are suggesting is not as benign as you're making it sound. You can start a viscous cycle that will soon control your life!

Good luck and be happy with who you are! Real life isn't models and magazines.

your stupid.
models din't get that way from throwing up their food, otherwise instead of being models, they'd be in a hospital being fed food into their stomach huh?

and the sexy/hot models are the healthy ones.

is this some kinda of joke?

u are 13, your just barely becoming a woman

beleive me the way u look now is not how u will always look

and if u wanna be skinny do it the healthy way
it really does work
the ppl who say it doesnt work are lazy asses who give up easily

i mean if it means that much to u, then exercize more, like walk more and run more,
and eat healthier
not McDonalds crap
and if u wanna loose weight u HAVE to eat , or else ur body goes into STARVATION MODE and it keeps the fat and eats away at ur muscle, im serious!
the best thing would be to have a good breakfast
and eat lil snacks throughout the day to keep ur metabolism going, so u dont store alot of fat
and dont eat after 8
and drink lots of water
if it means that much to u then do this and wit patience u will see an improvement and be healthy
beleive me, throwin up food is not attractive, u say that those guys always say how sexy those models are, they wont think a girl who throws up is sexy
just dont do it!
also u shouldnt really listen to those boys, they are immature, especially at 13

i kno cuz im 19 and in college, so beleive me, i been there and done that, and i thought about the same thing u are thinkin now cuz i was a lil overweight and an ugly duckling myself, ok
i had horrible frizzy hair, i had braces wit rubber bands, and i wore glasses, had alot of acne and was overweight
so beleive me i DO kno how it feels
but then wen high school came along i became prettier :-)
i fixed my hair, my acne and braces were gone and i filled out,

so all ended well, kinda, lol
anyways, im sayin u DO NOT wanna resort to throwin up or starvin
thats bad
also if u exercize ur body releases "HAPPY HORMONES" and those will make u feel better too :-P

also, those models are airbrushed, thats not how they really look, and it doesnt matter wat those guys say, no one can look like the women on the magazine, EVEN THE MODELS dont REALLY look like that

and remember to eat healthy cuz at this age your body is growin. folic acid is good for ur reproductive system at this age, and it prevents problems later on

Don't do it! It's NOT worth it! Trust me...

Anorexia and bulemia destroys you and the people that love you. 13 is a bad age to be, but if you take the time to develop a healthy lifestyle now, that will take you through the rest of your life. Learn to love fresh fruits and vegetables and lean protein, like low fat yogurt and skim milk and turkey. One of my personal favorites is soy bacon, but most people don't like that. You are probably still growing, so think of trying Yoga or Pilates. They will make you lean and strong, and they are great for stress. Try all sorts of exercise until you find what you like.

Whatever you do, think about the long term effects of your actions. It can be difficult, but remember that anorexics also suffer from hair loss. Nobody thinks the skinny bald girl is cute.

you know what? i am sick of mindless kids like you writing in shameful questions and not expecting to get harsh anwsers back, and then having the cheek to get smart back. if you dont want it, dont f***ing write in, do you want attention? oh you will get it alright, at your funeral when you either starve to death or kill yourself from the hell that is a eating disorder. shame on you.

hun i know how you feel but in 10 year your gonna look at this and be like why the F*** did i want to look like a bunch of other people that are fake!!!

your 13!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! okay 13 your body is just started a new cycle of growing and it needs the nutrients from food!!!!!!!!!!
if you throw it up you will die!!!!

if you dont eat you'll DIE

look at nicole richie when she was sick
http://www.javno.com/slike/slike_3/r1/g2...
that is a nasty look!

and what about this, this is what your body goes through when you go bulimic!
http://www.arabicrecovery.com/images/art...

seriously dont do it, i know you dont want to hear it but i dont wanna look in another paper and it says that a YOUNG girl dies from thinking she is to big!!!

you need help girl and there are plenty of people out there that want to help!!! your not alone
