Exercise options?!
Question: im 17, and i've led a very sedentary lifestyle. i want to start excercising, but i dont know what to do instead of weights-i tried them before but they made me feel incredibly depressed for some reason. what can i do to replace the weights?

Hi,1st I'd like 2 congratulate u for ur will 2 change ur life style & start being active instead of sedentary,u can try brisk walking for 30-45 min/day 5 times a week or swimming for 30 min , cycling for 30 min

I suggest you walk around more often before you start doing weights---and to replace weights---try things like boxing, martial arts, etc. it will get your muscles some work without having to resort to using weights too often---or you can just try some push-ups.
