How to inspire myself for health and weight loss?!


Question: I am 53, over the past seventeen years I have gone from a size 6 (121) and recently my all time high a 14.(173).up until my mid 40s I was toned and recieved lots of compliments on my shape and I enjoyed and worked at keeping it. I no longer have the drive or desire to do anything about my weight..I will hit peroids where I will lose 15 or 20 pounds..then put it back on..I feel I am on the verge of the weight hurting my health if it is not already..I am almost completly secondary. I dont work out..I am a sylist and used to work 5 12hour days..now I barely put in 6 hours and am pooped. I know that 35 years in the same profession has its tole..but does anyone know ideas to help me get active again..I feel like all I do is work, come home and sit.

First of all I would talk to your doctor about it, there could be something wrong, if you noticed a differences kind of all of a sudden. Have there been any changes in your life recently, have you been depressed or anything...all these things take a toll on our bodies. If everything is fine and you've just kinda gotten in some sort of weird funk I would just look at old pictures of you and take out a few that you like and then take some REALLY bad recent pictures of yourself and put them on the refrigerator or on your treadmill, places where they will give you some motivation to start eating heathier and working out again. It'll take time to get used to that life style again but once you do you'll be so happy.

Download software like at www.limewire.com and download Paul Mckenna's weight loss 1 and 2 hynopsis OR buy it. I've lost 24lbs so far from it :-). Nothing worked before then. It's relaxing, life changing as well allowing you to lose weight and it works very quickly.
