How many calories does this bread roll have?!

Question: Its a Hovis Granary Brown Baton about a foot long (12 inches) from Tesco bakery

Answers: Its a Hovis Granary Brown Baton about a foot long (12 inches) from Tesco bakery

The best way to find out is to weigh it. I can tell you that in the Hovis Granary range there are 218 calories in each 100g.

So if the roll weighs 300g then there is 3 times 218 = 654 calories.

Interesting they don't tell you on the packet eh?

a) it'll say on it
b) how should we know?
c) who cares?

My estimate would be 150- 200. (A small roll has about 90, a slice of bread 60 or 70)

i reckon around 300 cals.

Yeh id say about 350ish... its the granary seeds that will add to the calories...

I would think about 400 calories as the average roll has about 90 cals and you have to think how many rolls would you get out of 12 inches
