The mind is saying something different and the scale saying something else help?!

Question: ok so..here is my problem. i am 5'5 and i weight 140lbs. i have a 4 month old so i am still trying to loose baby weight. Before i got pregnant i weight 128-130lbs and at the end of my pregnancy i weight 180 lol. so yeah i gained a lot of weight but my baby girl was 9lbs and 6oz. so i had a pretty big baby. in the first 48 hours after giving birth i lost 20lbs easily w. all the water weight, baby, and placenta. so i was 160lbs...haha well i started eating very good at least i thought so, so the first 10lbs i lost very quickly but the last 10lbs i struggled w/ loosing but i did. so now here is my problem i lost most of the baby weight w/out exercise at all and eating healthy so i am 140lbs and i am not happy about it at all. my husband thinks i look great and he doesnt think i look bad but i do i hate it.

i wanna go back to being at least 130 and i have been eating so healthy and nothing. the scale still says 140 but i feel like i lost some weight but it doesnt show.

Just remember the old saying it took a year to gain the weight it ,so it might take that long to lose it.

ask your husband to take care of her while you go out for walks or exercises

4 sweatsuits and jump in a sauna

you've asked the right person... my advice is, go all out or not at all! meaning, go sign up at a gym, where this way u will have access to anything and everything, so u can do resistance training, and cardio exercise.. results will come big time!

some gyms also have daycare services! in the gym, u just have to book in advance..... so they watch your kid while u work on you! i say do it..... the old saying go heavy or go home is very true.. walking alone is very linear results... too gradual for a person like you who wants big results!
