Hypoglycemia aka low glycogen stores. Basically your body is deprived of carbohydrates that it used up to lift. Drink a gatorade/powerade/etc or eat something with a little sugar and itll go away in a minute or two.
This is why exercise physiologists recommend consuming something with carbs in it about an hour before exercise. It'll avoid the hypoglycemia and keep you feelin good.

It's probably because your blood sugar is real low. Make sure you eat a light snack 30 minutes before you workout. That should help stop it.
