30 miles a day, low level resistance on stationary bike. How much weight will yo!

Question: Hello. I am a 26 year old guy who has some free time so I got one of those stationary bikes where you can lean back. I love watching movies, so I've been popping in movies and riding the bike for a few hours at a time. I have the resistance pretty low so I can just ride and not pay much attention while watching movies. Plus I've been eating pretty healthy, vegetables, and whole wheat rice, water... basically an entire health kick. I'm 5'9 and 190 pounds, given I'm a pretty solid guy as far as broad shoulders and natural muscle especially in my thighs and calves, but I could stand to lose about 25 pounds or so. Just curious how much weight you could lose eating under 1200 calories a day and going 30 miles a day with low resistance in about a month. Plus the 30 miles doesn't really phase me, so I may go up to 40. I'm not sure yet. I'm not losing weight for anything in particular, I just want to lose some weight for the hot ol' summer months. Thanks!

Your going to be burning roughly 600 - 800 calories based on my estimation. If you do this daily, you'll be burning off 1.4 lbs of in terms of extra calories per week. I'd up the intake on your calories a bit as your 26 and a male. I'd shoot for 1800 calories, you should start shedding weight pretty quickly. Also when your biking make sure you keep the intensity up, as it burns more calories in less time.
