What are good exercises i can do to lose atleast 5 pounds?!


Question: im 13, 5'3 and wiegh 135 -140 [somewhere around there]

and its gettin closer to spring/summer and i wanna lose weight lol....

so what are some tips on foods i eat pur day or what i should drink. Or any exercises is good.!! Thanx in advance :)

do repatisions of crunches...do like 20 crunches in a set for four times and do them slowly... then go out and job for 20 mins. you have to eat right too. but you have to do work outs that you can stop while doing them and then you need something that you have to keep going. but you should eat lots of protine drink water. and stay away from high in faty foods.

drink lots of water, be obsessive about drinking water. I run so thats my thing. Low carb will help. Try not to eat junk food of course

wow ur taller than me n im 17!
um...drink a lot of water no more than 8 glasses per day
go on the treadmill n watch tv at the same time for about 1/2 hr to hr a day
tat should help with a pound or two
