I'm not fat yet... But how can I prevent it from happening?!

Just watch your weight don't splurge on things like chocolate or junk foods. Try and do some push ups and crunches too, especially the crunches they will keep your stomach nice and flat. Also drink lots of water and eat more fruits and veggies. It might also help to get a calorie counting book, well a book that tells you how many calories are in a certain amount of food. Move to Ethiopia. They don't have any fat people.

Eat right, like soups veggies and fruits, drink lots of water, exercise, and if you cant dedicate enough time, strech everyday.

Well eat three times a day only...no more, no less... eat the normal stuff not a diet but just like meat, and salad and juice...it helps!!!!!!!!!

watch what you eat. avoid eating a lot of carbs. excersise at least 3 times a week. you can just go for a run outside and that'd be good enough oh yeah and drink nothing but WATER

It's pretty damn simple, eat healthy and exercise... like walking or jogging... or biking.
