What will happen if I just eat vegatables, baked chicken and seafood? And only d!

Question: You'll lose weight.
But do yourself a favor and take a MULTIVITAMIN daily.

And, if you ARE trying to lose weight, do yourself a favour an get some exercise, even if it's just walking. It will increase the weight loss considerably and make you FEEL BETTER.

Also, be careful that the seafood you eat doesn't have any sauces with sugar in them or Breading.

And, clams and oyster have quite a few carbs for some reason, so be careful with those.

You will lose weight, lower your cholesterol and feel hungry all the time.

That sounds pretty healthy. Combine it with regular exercise and you're sure to lose weight.

You should also allow yourself some sugar/carbs in moderation.

youd sleep altot cuz youd be soooo bored

You'll be pretty healthy.

Then you will grow up to be the person who eats only vegetables, baked chicken and seafood.
And drinks only water.
If that is what you want then go for it.

That's pretty much my diet....I eat fruits too though...that's my sugar fix, I like routine, not a big food person myself..I thinks it's overrated lol...as long as your not cooking in fatty sauces..for your fish and chicken, and not butter sauteeing your veggies...you are on the road to a healthier you...and turkey is an option..it's even healthier than chiken...no skin though...if you fillet a breast of turkey and stuff it with portebello mushrooms, spinach and a little feta cheese ..bake it in the oven...delish!!

as someone earlier said, have a little carbs too. maybe an oats breakfast.

you should have a balanced det that includes all the food groups with necessary vitamins and minerals you need to eat some carbs as these are the main source of energy without this energy your body takes the fuel and minerals/ vitamins it needs by taking it from your muscles causing muscle wastage. You should also include some dairy as calcium is essential otherwise you are putting yourself at risk from osteopsorosis (brittle bones disease) If you are doing this because you want to be healtier or lose weight then you should go to your doctor to discuss healthy eating plans by just eating these three things you will be depriving your body of nutrients and depending on your height you may end up under weight. Also a lack of carbs will make you feel tired all of the time.
