It's fairly inexpensive. It just gives you points for different foods that you eat. The best part of it is that you can still eat healthy when you go out with your friends. And you can still consume things like potato chips, ice cream, cookies, things like that, but to a certain degree. It teaches you major portion control which is really the key to healthy, long-term weight loss. If you want to maximize your weight loss, be sure to exercise as well. Any cardio routine (IE: running) is great for your heart, body, and mind.

nah, i would not do it! if u are going to spend that type of money on there food... screw it! you might as well buy more organic foods, healthier foods at the store.. this way u get healthier and more quality for your money.. weight watches sucks! don't be ropped into that..

Try it out! Go to their webstie they should have some examples of the food they want you to buy. you never know till you try it out.

I am a big weight watchers fan. I have an 8 week old, and I ahve been doing WW nursing plan, and am only 4 lbs away from pre-preg weight, it works. You can get free registration alot of times, and then you pay weekly. You don't have to pay for meetings you miss, so you only have to go as much as you want. It's good to have the support, though.
You can buy pretty much all kinds of food, but you can get the most out of your point by buying natural foods, (chicken, fish, veggies, whole grains). This is not like Jenny Craig where you are restricted, just the normal grocery store and no more money than you spend on food now.
