First, wear good supportive sports bra to support your breasts.

Second, do this pectoral exercise routine which essentially tone and sculpt your breasts into firmer and stronger shape and hence "perk" them up.

Do the routine 3-4 times per week, for 10-15 mins per session.

BTW, the size of your breasts is largely determined by genetics. You've larger breasts bec you're borned and shaped like that.

But don't feel despair -pectoral exercises above would strengthen the breast muscles and 'lift" them up so your breasts stand firm and perky..However, this exercise routine won't change the size of your breasts (i.e. you want to make them smaller).

It's best to throw in a round of cardio exercise, to speed up your metabolism so you can burn off excess fat from your enitre body (that includes fat deposited in your breasts too, if you've fat there)......

Cardio 3-4 times per week for at least 30 mins per session, to help you lose weight.

ok first of all,, you need to get a reallly good sports bra. There are some really good ones, but are a little expensive. If you are overweight, once you start to lose weight, you will lose weight in your breast. And an exercise to help lift for me were pushups. there is also this bar that you can increase the resisttance and you bend together. It works really good, and you can feel it in you when your working..sorry i dont know the name of it thought.but good luck

The only way to make your breasts smaller is, unfortunately, to lose weight or get a breast reduction. If you work out your pectoral muscles (via push-ups, etc) you can firm up the muscle beneath your breasts, which will make them firmer and help to lift them up.
