Losing Weight!??!?!?!?!

Question: I need to lose about 40 pounds to get rid of the extra fat on my body.
Basically, what I need is a really good meal plan. Don't tell me to cut out junk food and watch my carbs. No, i'm asking for a meal plan that you know or have tried that will give me proper nutrients and help me to lose the weight in about 3 months. That means losing about 13.3 pounds a month.
I also have the biggest loser: the workout: Cardio max dvd. Would that be a good daily workout?

wow thats a great work out ive done it before
i went vegan and lost 30lbs in like 2mnths
not changing a thing but that
my cousin went vegetarian and lost 25 lbs in 2mnths so think about that when your having a meal plan...

ive personaly never been on one besides being vegan, but my sister ate just lean cuizine frozen meals for like 3 mnths straight and lost alot of weight after having her baby. Since they are quick, convenient, and cheap.

Good luck tho love. oh and if you do go veg try the morning star line in your frozen isle they have corn dogs and stuff that are low cal/low fat and they still taste normal.

Hello I am a fitness writer and I can tell you one thing. You are going to lose the weight since you are posting this question. So keep that motivation! I am giving out a free lose weight report at one of my websites here is the link http://loseweightprogramsreviewed.com/we...

To start, you shoud replace all the junk you normally eat, with similar, healthy things. Say you eat chips a lot..try the 100 calorie snack things. They have doritos and everything now. They dn't taste any different than the regular ones. Just try to kind of trick your tongue...if that makes sense?

If a meal plan is what you really want, you should set time aside to think of what you're going to have for breakfast lunch and dinner each day. It does sound prety boring, and it probably is, but if you're looking to lose 40 pounds, something's gotta give. If youdon't have time for breakfast, try a special K bar, or even a protein bar or something. You're in school, right? So you eat lunch there. Well, that's tough, my school is all fried crap. You can almost always find a salad or something healthy at school though. When I get home is usually when I eat the most. Try wheat thins. The sundried tomato and basil ones are really good. If you buy different flavors often, you wont get too bored. Then for dinner you can have maybe a salad, soup, pasta, anything really. Dinner shouldn't be the biggest meal of the day, because there isn't muc time to burn it off liek there is to burn off breakfast. But being in school and verythin, it normally is. It's hard to eat a big breakfast when you're in school.

I snack a LOT after dinner too. I tend to snack on things that AREN't snacks though. I'll have a corndog, then a frozen dinner, some pepperoni,ha. I'm terrible. You should try to stick with simple snacks. They don't have to be really boring. Try googling things for healthy snacks. Or even asking a question on here about some good healthy snac ideas.

Oh, and i suggest you don't go vegan or anything. If you go vegan and lose a ton of weight, yu're not being healthy. You're just not getting everything your body needs, so you lose weight. Also, crash dieting is NOT a good idea.
