Question: I wanted to lose at least 80 pounds by summertime. 1st is this doable? 2nd, how do I go about it excercise wise and diet wise? PLEASE HELP I JUST HAD TWO KIDS AND I AM A DISASTER AREA.

I think how much you can lose depends on you. Everyone will say that's not possible, but there are people who get so into that they lose 40lbs in 3-4 months. I think by the summer you could at the most half of what you have set. I mean 80lbs is a lot and I don't think it would be healthy to lose all that by august. It is definitely possible by the end of year. It depends on how you lose weight. As of now I can manage 5-6 lbs a month and that's with moderate exercise and normal eating. So I set my goals based on that. If you know you can lose more than that then set higher goals. Eventually your body will fight back and you will plateau but after a while you can push through that and lose more. anyways...I do sparkpeople.com

no, its not possible. but you can get some decient results by mid summer. you shoulda started in january

GO to your DOCTOR and talk about it to ur doctor and tell them you think you should see a nutritionist and they will recommend one and make an appointment...the nutritionist will hook you up with a MEAL PLAN , and a good steardy DIET !!!! its the healthiest way and the nutriotnist will tell you everything you need to know...and she will help you with the exercising.
