Thanks!

join the gym and we can workout together.... if u can handle it

Joining a Gym,

they have all the tools and equipment needed, and you can go as many times as you want with a yearly membership, its well worth it..

Try the Gym, those videos never really teach you correctly plus the machinery makes a big diference.

P.S: Just make sure it is NOT one of those gyms that make you sign a contract for thousands of dollars, READ the fine print!!!!!

gym

well if you have comcast, you can go on demand, and find free workout videos!!!

The gym...because chances are, you'll be distracted at home. If your at the gym, you KNOW you're there to work...and you want to get home. Plus there are people there to help you and come up with a workout plan for you.

i think dvds i joined a gym but for me i didnt work out as hard as i did at home it didnt matter what i wear at home and alos for me i had to go when i could get someone to watch my daughter so its easier for me at home

Totally depends on your personality.
If you like to go out & you are social- the gym.
If you're more of a homebody or the gym is far away from your house- videos.

I am a member of 24 and I love it. It's a really great gym to join. And they have fun classes and all that as well.

Whatever you choose, any exercise is good exercise!

I'd say it just depends on where you would get the most use. If you have things at home it is asier to push them to the side and not do them. But, if you are embarassed to go to a gym, or dont think you'd be motivated to drive to it, then work out at home. I personally work out at home, because I have kids, I'd have to pay to be watched, and also gas prices to get to a gym would cost me about $10 a trip. But if it was easier to do i would definetly go to a gym, better workouts, weights and cardio, everything is there and people to ask questions to. I would love to have a personal trainer to help me reach my goals.

Which is better is quite a subjective choice, meaning, what is best for you?

Cheaper is definitely videos. If you have the self-discipline to apply yourself consistently to reach specific goals and objectives that you set for yourself, then you are fine with that.

If, like most people, you need to have some company to help motivate you along the way, a gym will help you. We are, after all, social beings.

Well I have a 24 hour fitness place that I can go to at any time and not get bored. I have a bunch of workout videos but I only probably worked out on them a few times and then I got bored, so my bet is workout outside of your home, there you can also take showers saves water bill money, use the hair dryer saves electricity money, I use their towels so that saves me space in my gym bag and saves me from washing more towels at home. The place also has daycare for parents who have children and don't know who or where to put them with and the limit is 2 hours and that in it's self is going to save 2 hours worth of babysitting. Plus you can go swimming, sauna, steam room, join group exercises. The possibilities are endless

GYM!! who knows if you master the dvd, you dont wanna break a hip now, would ya ?
