Why do people not stick with their workout progams?!

Question: Just a question. I notice how alot of people say how bad they want to lose weight but don't want to work to get the body they want. Why don't they realize that this is what they have to do. Well, you could try to starve yourself, but you'll be doing more harm than good...you'll be worse off than before. Alot of people will quit, then complain about them gaining the weight back or being out of shape. Now this really doesn't make sense...people will say that they do a certain workout, or only eat a certain amount of calories(knowing that they're lying) and expect someone to figure out what's wrong. What's wrong is that you have to work...stick to the plan...and accept responsiblity when you abandon the plan. Don't expect other people to know whats goin' on when you're not completely honest about what you're doing.

Dude...there are many reasons for this:
- lazy: people want the quick results but don't want to put in the hard work. I can't begin to count the number of people (both male and female) who comment on my body and say that would like to have a similar type (males) or like to have a man with my body (females). But do I ever see these people in the gym...well a few of them I gues...but not nearly as consistently as I am. They want the results but not the hard work.
- knowledge: a lot of people put in hard work but they are doing it wrong, not doing the correct excercises, or ignoring proper resistance training (usu. females) and they get frustrated. They have the desire but need help to get there
- motivation: some people want to go but they lack the motivation to do it on a consistent basis. If they're tired, time constrained, low self esteem, fat, etc. they may need someone to go with and push them. They can't be self-motivated themselves.
There's a few other ones, but that covers the majority.
P.S. your girl Crystal (Serious) is hot

if a person's posture is off its hard to get into exercising or stick with it, they want to do it, but something seems a bit off and they eventually slow down or quit, having and developing good posture and balance is essential to working out daily

It' called LAZY!

I don't think this really is a question but more of a statement.. And I bet you a MILLION DOLLARS that picture is not you. So who's the lying now dude!!!
