When do you workout your hardest??!

I stay motivated all year. Fall/Winter is for bulking, so the weight regimen here is brutal with minimal cardio. Spring/Summer is for cutting, so that is a maintenance weight regimen with brutal cardio.

Spring and Summer

Fall/ Winter purely to do with the weather for me! I see its raining outside or looking pretty grey - I'll head to the gym because I know I won't get much walking/ outdoor exercise otherwise! Also- because I know spring and summer are on the way - and this is where clothes become more fitted so I want my confidence to peak!

All year round.I play volleyball constantly so im working out almost everyday. Im more motivated during the summer and fall cause its warmer though

I work out pretty hard all year round.

definitely the summer and spring cause you eat lighter and it is easier to work out in the morning and still go out to the park or beach and your still getting excercise! I live in California and its been cold and I havent really lost anything. I went to Hawaii and it was 85+ degrees and I lost 5 pounds just walking and going to the beach !!!

Spring and summer, cause you get to show off your hardwork.
