Sit-Up's + Jogging or Running?!
Question: Ok i just started doing 20 sit-ups per day 10 when i get up and 10 before i go to bed and then once or twice a day i pull this small dead tree it may weigh about 20 or 25 pounds im not sure but i run around my house pulling that around my waist from a rope about how many pounds do you think i could lose in a month and im trying to eat right last time i went to the doc (about 2 weeks ago) i was 206 ind im 12 so i need TO LOSE WEIGHT and i also bench press the tree since we don't have weights so is this a good exercse plan me and my dad also walk like a mile every day but had to quit for a month cause i got sick but any way do you think i could lose weight this way i would like to get down to between 150 and 180

Yes you could and probably see results in no time. I would suggest trying to increase those sit ups to more than 20 a day, and try to work up to 100, a day and then go to more. Your on the right path to loose weight. :D keep it up. Try to push your self a little more everyday, and you'll be were your goal is in no time.
